Dealer was very nice, offered to meet me during after hours since I could not make it to his dealership during their regular hours. He also let me know when the vehicle had been sold, which I appreciated.

We had an excellent experience with this dealer, and with the customer service rep, Adam. Everything was handled well, we never felt pressured, and we love the car we bought. Adam thoughtfully, patiently and honestly answered every question we had. It was distance to drive, and so we won't be able to take advantage of the free oil changes and other services offered to buyers, but it's okay. We're very happy and we would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a Honda Element! The biggest selection we've ever seen.
