This dealership is truly one-of-a-kind. The staff is easy to deal with. The salesperson I dealt with, Shane is an amazing guy! Now even though they didn't have the car I came up there for in stock Roberts Auto Center worked with me to find one at another dealership. They made the purchase from the other dealership and had the car I wanted delivered to my work! The ladies and gentlemen of this establishment know their stuff. The gentleman who waited on me got me in a beautiful chevy pick up truck. I didn't need leather gps and navigation but I got them and for less than I was about to pay for a cloth pick up that had 30,000 more miles. Yeah it's a great dealership and I'd recommend them to anyone

I have bought a car from here and the Vin plate is missing or fallen out of the spot on the dash. I live in Kansas and can't get the car tagged unless it passes an inspection. They would not pass the car due to the vin plate missing. They told me to get a hold of the dealership and tell them what is going on which I did. That was 4 days ago. I also told them I would need a 30 day tag since mine was about to expire on Saturday. I still haven't gotten the 30 day tag so will be driving illegal after today. And have been told th... read more
