The most unprofessional staff. Poor customer service. They Lie. They do not try to help u in any way unless u are buying another car. Read the fine print. Get things in writing. I was told you get what you pay for by the manager. In other words if u dont buy new cars u are stuck with their maintenance problems even with extended warranty.
They treat you like your stupid and have no idea what what your doing. I guess they think they are the only dealership around. Save your time and don't pay these people to treat you bad.
great dealership, really took care of me. I literally wrote this review in the car because they made that much of an impression on me and my family. When I came into the door they brought me a coke. Couldn't close a deal friday night so Roberts Auto Center delivered a Silverado 1500 to my work and had me sign there because I work a lot. This is outstanding customer service.. Can't be beat in the tulsa area did me a huge favor I love it!
I'll put this the best way I can.. I'm a hustler all day errr day and these kats know how to do what they do.. I got my second vehicle of choice but I am happy i did coz the first just wasn't for me and instead of pushing me into the vehicle that I felt like didn't drive like i expected they showed me a second one before I even drove the first. Impressive. They treated me like a lady the whole time and I usually won't go to a dealership without my husband but a friend told me about checking out this one.. I checked into it and decided to give it a shot since me and my husband separated and I no longer have a man to go in with me... Anyway I bought a vehicle and had it appraised it's worth 4,800 more than my loan amount. Had a 100+ inspection done and the car is in great condition. Not too big on reviews but when a business operates within the parameters of making their customer happy as opposed to just making money. I'll allot the time out of my day to ensure whomever reads it knows how exceptional this business is. Roberts will definitely be my 'dealer for life' as their slogan says because their salesperson Charles did me right.
