Very intrusive with unnecessary inspections. They don't fix up the apartment when you move in, and then bill you for damages that weren't from you. The pet rules are crazy, and overall over protective of a building they dont even take care of.
No privacy. They come into the apartments multiple times per month. Leasing agent is nice, but also very weird. Only live here if you have nowhere else to go.
