Amazing work altering my dress for my sisters upcoming wedding and the ladies were very quick about it too - even being the peak of prom season. I will be highly recommending them to anyone who needs alterations made!
Will update review once I go to my appointment in July but just wanted to go ahead and give a review about their customer service! I’m getting my wedding dress altered and the woman that answered the phone was very friendly, walked me through their process, and answered any questions I had. Excited for my appointment
While they were able to complete the alterations in a timely manner and were friendly, the overall results were sloppy. Additionally, my dress which was ready to wear was covered in hair and pieces of string clinging to the mesh. For as expensive as altering a wedding dress is, I expected clean, straight cuts and seams.
Our future daughter-in-law had a lovely wedding dress that needed altered. Susan, and Kay, were so kind to her (she is a native from Hungary, Europe). The finished work was perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
They were so friendly, went out their way to help me with a dress for my son's wedding. The results were stunning.
