Terrible customer service experience. I brought my tuxedo in for alterations for my wedding and was extremely disappointed by my interaction with Robert. While discussing the pant hem, my fiancée politely shared her opinion on how we hoped the finished look would be for our wedding. The team does mid work. Girlfriend took some clothes here for hemming and she picked them up with holes in them, seemingly from the clasps/pins they used to hold the clothing down. I was standing behind my girlfriend while she talked with the owner, and he claimed the holes were already there. These were on literallly brand new and undamaged pieces. Very expensive. I paid more in hemming the dress than the actual price of the dress. $165 to hem three items.

I brought in a couple items that each had parts the fabric had ripped-maybe 1" of sewing per item. The pricing was fair and I couldn't even tell where it was mended when I picked up my items 2 days later. Super happy customer :)

This was the worst experience(((( Do not bring your suit for alternation! Do not order a bespoke spoke suit from him either! I brought a $5500 Brioni suit for alteration and it didn’t work as you’d expected. In addition, I ordered working buttonholes. They lost Extra Button, a Gimp, Silk threat on a spindle that was enough to sew the buttons. The buttons and holes were sewn with a cheap synthetic-like threat.
