Sean and Hunter of Roberts A/C continue to amaze me with thier customer service. Starting with Phyllis accepting calls and scheduling appointments. Her kindness and honesty is always a refreshing and helpful experience when I call. On this particular occasion Hunter came out and walked me through the App and guided me through the prompts for easy access to my personal account and control of my thermostat. Super nice and we're able to come out pretty quickly considering how hot and busy they are mid August. I got bad news on my unit but he took the time to explain to me what went out and they are coming out today to go over my options.
