At 1:50pm on Aug 12th, the Owner in a blue truck aggressively pulled in front of me on the Minnesota Ave bridge. Then slammed on his brakes and glared at me in the rearview mirror. There was no where to go as the light on the MN side had turned red, he does not appear to be concerned with safety. Temper problems.
