Roberto Pollorena is the best Real Estate Agents that I’ve ever had represent me as a buyer. He is very professional, proficient, and had my best fiduciary interests in his mind! I highly recommend him. He think’s outside the box and makes things happen, that seemed complicated to me. He had great answers and solutions to my concerns.
We met Roberto as we started a search for a mountain property for a family of six. Roberto always met us at every prospective house even those in areas far away from his office. Robert and his team are absolutely amazing! I’m a veteran and used my VA loan, they were fast, efficient and did everything in their power to make sure I got the best I could get. The home buying process is extremely stressful but their politeness, reassurance and professionalism was comforting. I’m extremely great for them and highly recommend.
Robert and his team were absolutely wonderful with helping my husband and I find the right house for us. They explained our options with using a VA loan and were in constant communication with us throughout the entire process and always made decisions to benefit us. We were in FL searching for houses on the other side of the country and as a result we were unable to actually go and look at houses in person. However, Robert and his team (esp. I could make this a very lengthy review about how pleased we were with Robert and his team, but for the sake of everyone I will try to keep it brief and hit the high points. We were first time homebuyers, military, and unsure what we wanted/could afford.
