Poor service - oncology set up a zoom call to review results - never happened/ they never called - to reschedule ; after my initial call , then adviced it would be next day - never happened- made 5 phone calls / they finally got back to me 2 weeks later They scheduled you with a Doctor by you are seen by Nurse practitioner
Today was a very special day—I completed my last chemotherapy treatment! I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ochoa, Ernesto RN, Ingrit, and the entire staff for the incredible care, kindness, compassion, and support you have shown me throughout this journey. Thank you for making a difficult chapter of my life a little easier with your professionalism, encouragement, and genuine care. I will always be grateful to each and every one of you.
