Very profesional and helpful staff (Stephanie,) and Dr Tepler
had a very good experience at Medical Beraja Institute. I was seen quickly, which I really appreciated. Dr. Fernández was kind, focused, caring, and very professional. The ophthalmology technician, Jaylin, was also excellent — very attentive, pleasant, and professional. The only negative part was the front desk experience. There was no greeting when I arrived, and the staff member was rude and unprofessional. I was asked to sign multiple documents on an iPad without any explanation until I asked. Pésimo. Todo el día esperando para un procedimiento sencillo. No son conscientes que hay gente de edad, enferma, ocupada. Y el televisor con "Caso Cerrado" que bajeza. Exagerado como si fuera gratis. Nunca más.
