The staff are extremely rude. They act like just checking you in is an inconvenience. I overheard one of the ladies talking about someone’s business. You can feel the negative vibe just sitting in the waiting room. Frankly, if there were other options in the area I would take my daughter elsewhere. Im sure it’s not an ideal job, but come on. Be professional. HIPAA is a thing. Drink your coffee and mind ya business.

I have been going to Robert young center in moline sense 2011 Friday I hade my appointment over the phone he told me that I hade to come into the office for a pee test I told him it would have to be Monday because my grandson got into trouble at school and I needed to go to the school he told me if I wasn’t there by 230. My son had an appointment at 1:00 pm.on June 7th. We drove in from AZ. That same day early ,arriving in Sterling and finally getting to bed at 3:30 am. Getting myself and my son going for his appointment was difficult. I knew we’d be late so I called ahead to let them know. We arrived at 1:17. The receptionist checked her computer and said the doctor had checked us red , meaning he would not see us.
