Edited Review: I had to come back and update my review after a year and a half. In my last review, I gave them one star because no one ever answered the phone. It didn’t seem like they had a receptionist or enough staff to handle calls if one person was busy. Now, every time I call, someone answers right away and I don’t have to leave a voicemail anymore, which is great! They’ve improved so much compared to a couple of years ago. My psychiatrist cancelled my psychiatry appointment three times, all within 24 hours of the appointment. Each one had to be scheduled out for several months later. If I had cancelled within 24 hours, that would be considered a “no-show,” but somehow it was okay if my psychiatrist did it… three times. When they finally managed to have an appointment without cancelling, I showed up ONE minute late due to traffic and was told by the front desk that my appointment was now cancelled. This place is changing so much and doesn’t feel safe place to have a therapist. I’m sick of having my Therapist changing every four years. I haven’t came back since my therapist was gonna be change. Today I had to come for a reassessment for my dr who handles my medication. When I came to check in at the downstairs receptionists by the fish tank they were very rude and not welcoming at all. If you aren’t gonna be nice or welcoming to guests who probably are already ANXIOUS to come in maybe it’s not the job for you
