Went to get checked out for corona virus symptoms. Was told “I shouldn’t be there” and I’m “wasting resources” before my vitals were even taken. Extremely unprofessional and will never go there again.
With such a serious life threatening virus going around they still fail to sanitize. SLUGS OR SNAILS SHOULD NOT BE ON HOSPITAL PROPERTY LET ALONE INA PATIENTS COFFEE MUG THAT I CAME ACROSS TODAY. IN MY OPINION THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
Recommendedmy mom had a stroke on 2/1 the staff that took care of her was incredible. the woman who called me (I think her name was Arlene) was compassionate and felt like family. she made sure I was ok and gave great comforting hugs. she has no idea how much that meant to me. dr Bernstein and the team that worked on my mom we fantastic and never kept us guessing on what was going on.
They are absolute trash. Almost killed my mom. Straight up negligent. 24 hours in the er with no care. Left their ER and went straight to another. She was RUSHED into emergency surgery very shortly after. TRASH! SHAME ON YOU RWJ Rahway! Stay out of this hospital for your own safety.
Am in the emergency room with my mom. They put her in a dirty room, garbage all over the floors and the biohazard can is overflowing with biohazard garbage.. weve been here for hours no maintenance at all. When I went to help my mom go to the bathroom, I notice there was blood all over the cords for the monitors they hooked her up to and it wasn't hers. I immediately reported it to the staff , she cleaned it but still I dont understand how the person who connected her didn't see that. it wasn't a drop it was a lot smeared al... read more
Terrible emergency unit. Short staffed and always over crowded. But they have plenty of employees to bill the heck out of you.
I went in for Surgery same day for my knee and I can honestly say I was 110% satisfied with the treatment and care I received from the hospital staff from reception to discharge. I absolutely LOVE this place and recommend it to anyone. RWJBH HOSPITAL ROCKS!!!
Many good experiences...Ccu the nurses there are 2nd to none , compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have been a PT there 2 times and they saved my life so I can’t say enough good. X-ray , ER and The Cardiology depts are Top notch. I have been there as a Patient more times than I can count and felt safe and well cared for so I am eternally grateful to this hosp and their staff!!
