RecommendedI was taken into the emergency area late Sunday night/early Monday morning and since there were no rooms available, I was rolled in front of the nurses station. I'm sure many would complain being in the hallway all night,however I was lucky enough to have a gentleman named Seven to look after me and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Thanks to him,the unbearable was much more than bearable. Thank you Seven.
My mom recently had a stroke and a heart attack in one week. I wanted to write an outstanding review for Nurse John in EMA. He really helped me and my family understand her situation better, kept us informed, went above and beyond with helping us talk to my mom via phone/video calls. During these times of COVID-19 and me being in Germany and unable to easily get home, nurse john made me feel so much better and I wasn't even his patient. I absolutely love when Nurses have the passion that nurse John has!!
One of the surgical techs here is threatening to refuse service to people just because they disagree with her on a Facebook post. I have the screen shots to prove it. she's definitely useing her place of power wrongly in these sad times. Her name is Victoria Ashley. she's also claiming she's a doctor that works here. She also claims she has no problem making the company look bad because y'all won't do anything anyways.

RWJ NB is no longer allowing birthing partners/support person in L&D and parents are no longer allowed in the NICU. This Facebook account has yet to reflect this change. Their website has yet to reflect this change. RWJ, when were you planning on informing the public? We all want to keep our loved ones safe amidst this COVID-19 crisis, but isn’t providing proper screening, thorough education and appropriate PPE a better solution?
