I went there for my gaut pain in my knee on 03/15/2020 as per recommendation from my urgent care doc. When I went there, I clearly told them that I get gaut pain, usually in my feet/ toe but this time pain is in knee so just want to make sure there is nothing else or no infection. They took me to an emergency room and I was there for around 30 mints. During this 30 mints, 2-3 person came and talk to me. I told them about my gaut pain and they all said, it looks gaut. Coming to the hospital is never a pleasant experience (and I have had plenty of horror stories), however I wanted to commend the ER nurse Hope and the NP Eric for treating me so well during my visit. It was nice to feel like I was being taken care of instead of just treated like a number. I hope more employees can act this way!
update after previous review. HORRIBLE! Told them I was uncomfortable taking my mom home after only 1 day but they insisted because she was hooked up to a heart monitor and they monitored everything and would know of any distress it was fine. Come to find out, 5 days later when they called to say they were not able to get information and that orange flashing indicates it to us. My mom then tells me that it was Always orange, NEVER recording even in the hospital and she was told once she left the signal should be picked up ?!... read more

Awful! NO communication with doctors. Send you home just to have you come back for same tests and check for covid again. Say patient ready for pickup and arrive to find they are not. Run to another hospital. Used to be good, but those days are gone

I was seen today for chest pains and trouble breathing. I’ve never been more disappointed with the care and staff of a hospital in my life. They rushed though my visit. Nothing was done about my complaint, nor was I given a logical explanation for what might be causing the pain and trouble breathing, just a guess. I was not tested for covid which on the website, it says every patient will be tested for covid (which shares the symptoms I came in with). I agree with those bad reviews (with only one star). I should keep away! Plus, this place was so ignorant! Please AVOID all for once. The 2 EMS dudes should be fired for traumatizing me. Lisa Bailey and Doctor Kaufman should be ashamed of themselves for hurting me on the inside. SHAME ON THEM. I should've NEVER been to this sad excuse for a hospital. SHAME ON THEM.
Absolute disaster this place. From the moment we walked in. Just sad! They have you 6’ under before they even no what’s going on with you. I’d rather take my chances and go to Bayshore Hospital In Holmdel.
