Dr. Weisenthal gave my mother her sight back with a corneal transplant. He gave a very dear friend of mine sight back after several failed attempts by other doctors. So when I went to look into lasik surgery he was my first choice. I ended up with cataract surgery vs. lasik. My vision is excellent. The office staff are so friendly. I traveled 2 1/2 hours and they were so accommodating with appointment times. I can't recommend him and his office enough.

Had my second cataract removed and replaced with a toric lens. Both surgeries were done in the most professional environment and by Dr. Weisenthal and his very competent support staff. Even called me the evening following the procedure to see how I was doing--very nice touch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Weisenthal for over 20 years. He did Lasix surgery on me, got me through a retina tear and ocular migranes. This past year I had cataract surgery on both eyes with phenomenal results. There are very few doctors that will call you after surgery to see how you are doing - Dr. Weisenthal is one of them. I highly recommend him.

I have worn glasses for sixty years and was somewhat concerned about having cataract surgery. My experience with Dr. Weisenthal and his staff was exceptional. Not only was the staff kind to me at the surgery site, and at his office, but also Dr. Weisenthal called me at home following each surgery. Both surgeries were successful, and for the first time in sixty years, I am not wearing glasses. What a gift.

When I was looking for an ophthalmologist in 2002, I asked my long time GP Dr John Michaels who he had used on himself. He recommended Dr Robert Weisenthal as the best of the best. Dr Weisenthal did Lasik surgery for astigmatisms on both my eyes in 2002. I've just had lens implants and cataracts removed from both eyes. I can't say enough about Dr. Weisenthal, his office staff, and hospital assistants. From my initial visit through today's final appointment, he and his staff were congenial, thorough, professional and efficient. Although his office and operating rooms were very busy, I was treated as though I was their only patient! Too bad, he can't be cloned!
