This was an extremely disappointing experience. Important information was not communicated to me, and the doctor later admitted that I was not notified when I should have been. That alone shows a serious breakdown in basic patient care. The office staff was also incompetent. My father is 84 years old and has been a patient since 2015. In the recent years, the level of quality care and service has declined. In April of 2025, my father experienced a bad fall that resulted in a Spinal fracture that was missed and mis-diagnosed at Downey PIH.
