He is always humble and takes care of his patients best in all ways. He is the "BEST DOCTOR" I know. He deserves 10 STARS!
Very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand.
Exceptionally professional physician. His staff from the front office to the tech assisting him were top notch. He took the time to work me in on a Friday afternoon and spent the necessary time to diagnose the problem and explained it clearly to me. At no time did I feel rushed by him or his staff. As for the COVID pandemic, they were well prepared for it. He made a diagnosis that wasn't expected, but when explained made sense. I highly recommend him.

Dr. White always listens to us when we have a check up or another specific kind of appointment. He writes things down for us to review later. He is very informative and meets our needs when we visit him.
Last week I had a scheduled visit with Dr. Robert White. Dr. White saw me on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. White explained everything in detail to me. He also answered every question that I asked. He made me feel like I was the most important patient that he had. Dr. White is the best neurologist in the Richmond metropolitan area, and I highly recommend him!
Rarely do I feel that a doctor is really listening. Dr. White listens. I didn’t feel that he was hurrying off to another patient.
Dr. White is very experienced and has a very nice bedside manner. He is very professional.
As always, Dr. White has a great doctor- patient rapport. He is completely approachable and always has the time to listen and respond to all patient issues.
