Exceptional, knowledgeable service was delivered from the moment I walked in the door at Bugie, to the time & detective work of Jim to find a replacement “drawer slide socket” for our 28-year-old kitchen drawer. I was totally impressed with Jim’s knowledge as well as his kind manner. I had been driving all over town, referred from one hardware store/supplier to another, until at my fourth stop, Bugie, my problem was resolved. Thank you, your service was above & beyond.
Awesome place to shop for handles and knobs. A lot of unique styles and prices are good! Super friendly employees
Definitely would never recommend using this place for anything bolts are always stripped and they waste ur time
