staff was very efficient and helpful.Dr Tobar was very helpful and informative took a lot of time explaining different options that were available to me and most importantly had me in at my appointed time which was a nice experience also. Keep the good work !!!!!
Dr. Tobar has been my dad's doctor for years and recently administered to him at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center and Heart Institute after a heart attack. His knowledge and skill comes to the forefront when he works with patients, explaining in layman's terms so the patient has a good grasp of what is happening and what to expect. His bedside manner is the best I've ever seen. I had many questions and concerns and he always took time to talk with me and my dad. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. TOBAR.
