Dr Tobar leaves no stone unturned. His staff, on the other hand, has much to be desired. They make many mistakes and forget routine things like asking for your insurance card, then ask you to return to the office. Here's another good one. Several times I have arrived for an appointment only to be told that it was cancelled. They left messages right before the appointments, but I was already in transit to the appointment. Dr Tobar is very kind, knowledgeable and thorough in his concepts and examinations!He is calm, professional and meticulous in his findings! Very dedicated doctor!
Dr tobar, is in my opinion very good at what he does, does not rush , easy to talk to explaining and advocating, I have nothing but best experiences with Dr Tobar.
He's the best just got through having a massive heart attack and he put a stent in for me and I'm doing very well thanks to him can't thank him enough get to see my grandkids and family again

Dr. Tobar is a very professional cardiologist who has performed life saving catheterization,and implanting stents in my heart. Both times he performed precision implantation and was courteous throughout the procedures which by the way were emergency instances that required timely performance. Dr. Tobar along with the caring and professional staff at Lawnwood Heart Institute were responsible for saving my life. My highest praises and gratitude go out to Dr. Tobar and Dr. Chslasani for saving me.
This Doctor is easy to talk to. His staff is the reason I no longer go there.
