I had been to 3 other Drs like Dr Stevenson. It took 12 years to figure out my heart issues. I finally agreed to the ablation surgery scared to death. Dr Stevenson was so disruptive and listened. He not only figured out my heart issue but fixed it. His team at good sam in Lebanon Pa was absolutely amazing. They were so kind upbeat and caring. Excellent Dr. Explained procedure, spoke to all family members present explaining surgery. Kept family informed of progress of surgery. Spoke with family about dangers of the surgery due to nerve being in small area between Cornary artery and Aorta. A physician in surgery said he saw a miracle performed by Dr. Stevenson when zapping nerve. Very caring,excellent staff Was recommended by my cardiologist, Dr. Griffen.
Not likely at all! But had to give a star to share my experience with Dr Stevenson. He walked into my hospital room didn't introduce himself to me, the patient, or my husband and son who were also there. He said I didnt have the "classic" symptoms of a heart problem. Dr Stevenson is 44 yrs old but sounded very archaic! I'm a 53 yr old woman. And women dont have the classic symptoms. You dont have to go to med school to know that!! very good surgeon and very caring person.
Would highly recommend Dr. Robert T. Stevenson. I was born with multiple heart disorder. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and Supra Ventricular Tachycardia, both of which were found by him. He performed a heart Ablation and Successfully I might add :) It is nice not to have the random crazy Tachycardia episodes where it felt like I was going to die. When he first walked into the recovery room to tell me the surgery went great I started crying&thanking him. I couldn't ask for a better doctor!!!!
