Dr. Getter is easy to talk to and answers all your questions. I had neck surgery 6 weeks ago and my scar is barely noticeable and my neck is doing so much better.
This was my first experience here and it did not disappoint. Dr. Getter has amazing bedside manner. He is funny and spends time with you to explain everything. I switched to his practice after this visit! Amazing! 🤩
Trying to get anyone LIVE on the phone took me 45 minutes and several calls. Finally got a person, and they switched me to their computer system again. The AI for them is not working for me. I know it doesn't make a difference to your office, but I am considering going to Mayo in Jacksonville. You got my approval letter for surgery on the 6th of the month and still no calls. DR. Purcell PS: Dr. Getter himself is great, it is trying to get to him.
Dr. Getter is a great Dr. I was scared to have back surgery, and he calmed my nerves. One of the best things I decided to do.
