They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Somewhat, they could have been kinder Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
