He has outstanding professional qualifications and is highly regarded in legal circles. I strongly recommend Robert Steele & Associates for all types of real estate appraisal engagements.
You'll have your home appraised by these guys if you are dealing with a predatory mortgage company. They'll call the mortgage company with an opinion. You won't recieve a hard copy and they won't answer your calls. Their business is your misfortune. Pay $50 more for a legitimate appraisal company.
DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO APPRAISE YOUR HOME! They have absolutely 0 knowledge about construction, building materials or value. They have the audacity to claim a new construction is worth only half of the cost of the base material alone. Completely incompetent morons. A completely empty 4000 square foot building with reinforced concrete block walls is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars even in poor condition. The sheer incompetence of the appraisal cannot be understated, I have real concerns about fraud at this point.
