I signed for Angela Dickerson who was rep. Robert Slack real Estate. After telling her cash offers only. My lawyer had to get her to re write what I asked for in the assurance she had multiple cash buyers. In the end she had 1 to fit my needs. She did not have anyone to speak with in company she used and had no back up. The inspection company used to look at home broke personal property. No one said anything.
