Wait time to see Dr. William is short. I don’t have the anxiety that I’m going to have a long wait time being called into examining room or long wait inside examining room. Always pleasant. Thanks for that. It’s difficult enough having to go in to be seen. Always asks “what do need” I guess that’s why I’ve stayed with you for 20+ years. Front desk operations have slightly improved.
Very personable doctor. He answered my questions addressed some options with me would highly recommend him
