Although my appointment was with Dr. O’Connell, I never met with him. I met with his PA. I never had really any contact with anyone setting up or confirming the appointment. They handle everything by text. Also the entire discussion regarding my questions related to insurance and where to schedule an MRI and the costs associated with the appointment were all handled by text.
