This day 7/24 around 9 something am I call this clinic reach out to the nurse ext this makes the 3rd day calling to get a Dr. Note for work. Today I didn't catch her name but her customer service was sooooo rude it took everything in me not to respond back rude to her. She said it was sent, but I didn't see it never did she take the time out to walk me through it or say say standby let me see why you're not getting it or don't see it.
