This day 7/24 around 9 something am I call this clinic reach out to the nurse ext this makes the 3rd day calling to get a Dr. Note for work. Today I didn't catch her name but her customer service was sooooo rude it took everything in me not to respond back rude to her. She said it was sent, but I didn't see it never did she take the time out to walk me through it or say say standby let me see why you're not getting it or don't see it. Mental health is real she don't know i could have snapped due to her rude customer service ... read more
