Highly recommend Dr. Kagawa. He goes above and beyond. Dr. Kagawa takes his time and listens to patient's concerns and addresses them. He is the best doctor and patient advocate that we have encountered in Hawaii. We are extremely pleased with his professional service and medical knowledge.
Obtained my insurance and when I called around for a Primary Care Physician I spoke to his reception and asked if I set him to my PCP how long would it be before he could see me, as I had an injury I wanted to be looked at. His reception told me two weeks. I called my insurer and set him to my PCP. When I called his office back, he couldn't see me for one and a half MONTHS.
