I took my son here the other day and saw Meghan. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We are dealing with a weird skin rash and her explanation was contact dermatitis and blamed our dog. While I do understand the initial conclusion, I wasn't able to explain why I didn't think it was because our appointment time was very short. It's a bit absurd to have a 10 minute appointment time, especially for a new patient. That's not enough to address a concern for child who has a complex medical history. Great experience, provider was knowledgeable and concerned and reassuring.
The office staff and Doctors are incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. My concerns and questions are always received thoughtfully and answered thoroughly, which makes me feel truly cared for as a patient. I really appreciate the warm atmosphere and the professionalism of the entire team. If you are looking for a dermatology practice with caring, knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend them!
