Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Yes, and my child likes them Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision
