I was scared by the procedure that would be done on my big toe, to my surprise I didn't feel anything at all, I felt like I was hunting, very confident and safe in the hands of Dr. Robert Puente

My first visit with Dr. Puente was to treat a broken bone in my foot; the second visit was due to an ankle injury. In both cases Dr. Puente was so helpful in explaining the damage, treatment and prognosis. He reviewed the X-rays so I fully understood what was happening. Dr. Puente was patient and gentle and made sure I had all the information I needed for a full recovery.

I want to let you know how awesome Dr. Puente is! I took my 70 years old Mom to Dr. Puente practice to get her toe nails removed, not only he was gentle, professional and understanding with her, since the first week after the procedure (we are on week 7) he calls her and make sure every question she has is answer and believe, me is not easy! I am very grateful with him and his staff, keep doing this good job, Thanks.

We would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Puente. He is professional, patient, respectful, has a calming demeanor and most important extremely thorough. He takes the time to explain as well as demonstrate the proper way to do my PT. Dr. Puente has strong communication and interpersonal skills. A heel injection was necessary and from past experience very painful. I was anxious and tense. His technique was spot on and I had minimal discomfort, over quickly. So here I am a snow bird from NY so happy to see no snow, so I did lots of walking and aerobics about two months of being in Florida my foot started to hurt. My insurance Co. gave me a list of Dr.’s . I saw the reviews on Dr. Puente and they were great so I call six in the evening to leave a message I couldn’t believe it the Dr. answer himself he was sooo nice and friendly he told me to call his secretary Kelly in the morning to get me in that day I Was so happy. He was so friendly explained eve

I really don't know where to start by saying how nice it was to call Dr. Puente's office- and spoke with a very friendly young lady named Kelly, and that I received a next day appointment visit for an exam with Dr.Puente. I was very happy to have a 40 minute or so an exam and chat- and the Dr. answering all of my questions, and giving me a lot of very important advice- plus the "on the spot With State Of The Art" X-Rays taken and explained to me explicitly in detail, all on a single co-pay.

Dr. Puente was very professional and super friendly! He took care of our grandfather with care and respect. He took his time and did a fantastic job on his toes. The office was inviting and super clean! Thank you, Dr. Puente we are so glad we found you!!
