Robert designed beautiful custom wedding bands for my husband and me, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and clear communication. He also guided us on using family gold for the rings, advising that only my husband's band be made from it to ensure a perfect match with my engagement ring. Unfortunately my new engagement ring got lost in the post in New Zealand and we flew to Australia with a new one that was not sized. We needed the ring resizing quickly as we were travelling around (I didn’t trust it to be sent anywhere again). Robert pulled a miracle and was able to have my ring resized the next day. Thank you so much, so happy I can finally wear my ring!
