My experience with Dr Petro was the first time we met after his taking over for Dr Boyle. I found him personable and professional. He reviewed my chart as we spoke and asked good questions about my health. I have no qualms returning to see him and will also utilize his chiropractic skills. The office personnel were also friendly and helpful.
The experience I had with this doctor was truly the worst I have ever had. Dr. Petro was arrogant, demeaning and had absolutely no bedside manner. I am appalled at my experience here and hope this review inspires you to look for another provider.
I wouldn't reccomend this doctor to anyone. My mother went here today for an infection and he spent the entire time being incredibly arrogant and demeaning toward her. My mom called me crying afterwards. This is unacceptable behavior. Do better. And don't accept care from this person.
Dr. Petro is incredibly arrogant. I only went to him because Dr. Boyle retired and Dr. Shields left in February and Dr. Chen who was supposed to be coming to the practice, decided not too and I needed a prescription filled (the practice has no medical doctors anymore, just DO's). He immediately told me that I shouldn't be on the medication I was on (which works perfectly and causes me no problems and has come as a result of years of Dr. Boyle trying different things to solve my issue until we finally got it right) was wrong ... read more
