Great experience!
Horrible experience.. These people are more interested in getting your SSN and other information than actually talking about their property. One has to fill in a long application, with old addresses, SSN, reference phone numbers, employment verification info and all, just to setup a showing of the property. When I asked Liz who handles applications, why so much details just to arrange a showing, she was blunt in saying do you want to see the place or not? This is our process.
