I’ve been going to Robert for many years now. He is alway dependable. This time I went in to change the design of my ruby ring. He did the redesigning though I was not 100 percent bought on it I gave him the go ahead bc I trust him. Now that I have the ring redesigned I’m so happy I went along with his guidance. I recently had the pleasure of meeting both Robert and his son Kenta. Both made me feel like a person as apposed to simply just another customer. I explained that I had a watch that needs some TLC. They clearly explained their policies including never charging for an estimate. I've never been ashamed to express to a seller or watch repair person that I make a relatively humble living because frankly I don't like to be taken to the cleaners. Robert and Kenta are both incredibly thoughtful and highly attentive, and were a pleasure to design a custom engagement ring & wedding band with.
