Requested to have a ring made with a very tight turnaround. Robert and Kenta were extremely helpful, worked around my crazy schedule and built a beautiful ring. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! They offer a variety of services with the best prices. I had my Rolex serviced and was very pleased with how quick they did it and at a very reasonable price compared to other places. They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and accountable for their work and I felt I could completely trust them with my Rolex and jewelry. Great place for watch repair. Their watchmaker is the real deal and if you have a Rolex/Omega/Breitling etc that needs its 5 year service, I’d recommend Robert Palma as my first choice. They also make fantastic custom jewelry. G Fantastic service and nice people too.
