I’ve been going to Robert for many years now. He is alway dependable. This time I went in to change the design of my ruby ring. He did the redesigning though I was not 100 percent bought on it I gave him the go ahead bc I trust him. Now that I have the ring redesigned I’m so happy I went along with his guidance. I love the new look
