It took me over 2 weeks to get an appointment and when I did all he did was have me take my shoes off and feel my feet, told me to take anti inflammatory pill...no x-rays or anything to tell what was wrong...I have never went to a podiatrist office where they did not take x-rays the first thing...No picture of Dr. Charnam online at all ..so for all I know he could have been the janitor with a foot fetish...I was not happy with the visit or him..I still have a problem with my heel.

Called the office to make an appt for my daughter in which I spoke with a rosina (not sure if that's how you spell her name). She told me that I will not be able to make an appt and that I would need to call next week. I asked why she said the girl who makes appt will not be back until then. I asked if she can have the girl call me when back in the office she said no she will not have any time to call you in a very rude tone. I do not tolerate rudeness in a doctors office,very uncomfortable.

I called Dr. Charnam's office at 9am on Monday. I got an appointment at 10:45 the same day. The new patient forms were very short. He saw me on time. He listened to my problem and asked pertinent questions. My problem was diagnosed quickly. He showed me on his computer what was causing the issue in my foot. He also did a complete exam. He gave me a prescription and told me that if the prescription was too expensive, I should use an over-the-counter medicine. I am extremely happy with the visit.

Did not have any experience with Dr. Charnam because I could not get an appointment! I telephoned the office on Friday, April 22, 2015, was told the doctor is not in, due to a holiday, and to call back on Monday. Telephone again on Monday, April 25th, to schedule an appointment, and was told no afternoon appointments are available. This is ridiculous -- Will seek out a doctor who cares and is willing to schedule an appointment when a patient requests!
