Been seeing Dr Orr for 4 years he's been great but his front office was a joke. Now he's gone left no forwarding address per the staff. They been zero help when I asked for my file the handed me phone book size Manila folder, as unable or unwilling to do it digitally. So Dr abandoned? his patients, no warning,and office has no answers or recommendations Greybill cardiology is a S show stay away. They won't answer their phones anyway.
I have seen Dr. Orr 4 times. Each time, I have sat in the waiting room for an hour plus before being called back. He always seems rushed or stressed and is definitely more of a talker than a listener. I'll be looking for another cardiologist now. I'm still working so I don't have the time to waste.
Dr Orr is great at what he does that’s why he get two stars,first off they moved and didn’t bother to let me know before my appointment. I understand there are emergencies but to many times have the staff not called to confirm appointments or let me know he has to go to the hospital. I’ve been seeing him for a year and have been rescheduled at least 6 times (2 days in a row currently) I took time off work and was rescheduled the following day and AGAIN no call. Couldn't have had a better experiance! Incredable Dr with a genuine concern for his patients. Would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for the best of care.
Dr. Insisted treadmill test and eval needed ASAP. When arriving for this test after waiting for appt. Told Dr. Left ? No call. No notice and staff said we should have arrived 30 minutes before! No notice anywhere of this, and no appt offered as reschedule. Just terrible/no communication. NO consideration for patient time, transportation or freak out, as test deemed Immediate Need just cancelled, staff clueless and blamed patient. If Dr. supposed to be there for one hour test why did he leave without a simple phone call!
Great Cardiologist but the telephone service sucks #1 in The Q for 25 minutes
Unfortunately I've needed Dr Orr's services too many times. Both in and out of the hospital. I must say I have found him to be compassionate and attentive. He's never made me feel like I ran out of time with him. While in the hospital I've had several nurses mention how lucky I am to have him as my cardiologist. I certainly agree with them.
Dr. Orr is one of the most compassionate, competent and caring physicians I have ever had the privilege of encountering! He takes his time explaining my options; always being thorough with the discussions of all aspects of my cardiac care, and has never made me feel that I didn't have his undivided attention and concern. Dr. Orr is a good physician. The reason I am only giving two stars is because all three experiences at his office have been annoying. The first visit a holter monitor was put on me at 4:00 pm and I was told to return it by 4:00 pm the next day. I expressed concerned because I live in Fallbrook. I decided to take the chance assuming the office would be open until 5:00 pm. After leaving I called Graybill to double check and was told they close at 4:00 pm.
