Dr. O'Connor did an outstanding job with my reverse shoulder replacement surgery after I suffered a fall and fractured my humerus at the shoulder while on vacation in Maine. We returned home quickly, and within a week, I was scheduled for surgery. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand and was excellent at answering all of my questions, which made me feel confident and well-prepared.
