I had a great experience with Dr. Northway and the staff at Austin Urology. Everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Northway took the time to explain everything clearly and with compassion. I highly recommend this office for excellent care!
Dr. Northward was totally professional and receptive to my concerns. Considering it was my first visit with him I felt he listened carefully and shared his evaluation in a way that was clear and understandable.
Don’t bother with this urologist. He’s rude and dismissive. Will cut you off mid sentence and act like as though your issue is minor. It’s only after you forcefully assert yourself that’s he listens. It shouldn’t come to that.
Dr. Northway is always personable and professional. He takes the time needed to discuss my symptoms and recommendations for path forward in treatment when, if needed. I never feel rushed or like a case number.
As always, he gave all needed information and plenty of time for questions.

Kind, efficient, gives options, clearly explains and reduced my PSA by 75%. Very busy between surgery, office, and hospital, however his bedside is very personal. My wife is a surgical RN and can attest to his quality skills. Care and concern are top-notch!!
10 years with Dr. Northway. From curing my kidney cancer through follow ups and annual checkups. Cannot say enough good about my care and Dr. Northway. Highly recommended.
