I have had an appointment for 2 months, and the office calls 4-days before and says you have a current Pulmonologist (which I do not) and we cannot see you. Terrible Patient relations I must say. No thanks to this Dr or his staff.
This morning I met Doctor Wolfe for the first time. I was struck by how thorough he was. He answered every question I had and his medical answers were given in such a way that even this layman could understand. His explanation of the way asthma works was especially helpful. After giving me a very generous amount of his time he ordered tests, scans--he wants the complete picture-- then looking out his office window he pointed out to me the direction I needed to walk to get to imaging and the blood withdrawal lab. Dr Wolfe is nice and order extended tests for me as I have had this constant cough for many years and high desert doctors never found out why I would cough constantly. Dr Wolfe also lets me have video appt being I live so far away. The testing went smooth and Dr Wolfe called me right away with results. Nice man. The negative was receptionist area. This doctor Wolfe character treats all of his nurses and medical professional colleagues with the highest disrespect. He also has the worst bedside manner. Be warned if he does not have a personal relationship with a patient he will treat YOU or your loved one with no priority. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST. He is no good. Oh and also if you are a person of color he will barely treat you. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Doctor Wolfe is amazing. After over a decade of feeling sick and not getting any answers, I am actually getting help! I’m so thankful for doctor Wolfe.
