Lower back pain Diagnosed needed surgery No more pain after surgery
RecommendedI had a VERY serious back injury that had accumulated over years. Dr Myles and his P.A. Dovie McVean explained everything throughly. They are SO patient !! He’s got a GREAT Staff including Elizabeth, Shauna, Andrew, Debbie and anyone else i forgot to mention ( ops ). They are so down to earth but so knowledgeable, HIGHLY Recommend and recommend to all my Airline Co-workers.

The staff is focused on your needs Dr Kasanie is outstanding I was on IV medications when I saw him after my surgery I am none. My pain level was between eight and 10 now I may be a one or two.

Excellent doctor . Had back surgery with him in 1997 .. back did great !
Dr. Kesani wants your input on procedures and makes sure you understand everything I am 72 years old and the neck surgery I had in March has made my back and neck feel so much better. My Pain Management Dr., Dr. Garza, was referred by Dr. Kesani and they work together on my back and hip pain where I feel so much better overall.
I could not be more pleased with my outcome from surgery. I would be impressed even if I had no surgery. After 8 surgeries I had never had the level of investigation prior to surgery that he performed on me. 8 months of investigation and then completely different surgical approach. Two levels fused. L5-L4 and L1 and L2. Two day surgery. ALIF from front on Monday and posterior on Wednesday on the same joints. I am one week post op. I have a few incision pains but no prior back pain.
