Bob truly went above and beyond as our realtor. He planned an itinerary before we arrived which offered multiple listings and really gave us an idea of what Hoboken had to offer. Not only did he show us listings, but he provided insight on the city, the rental process, transportation, restaurants, nightlife, parks, parking, etc. Would highly recommend this realtor to anyone looking to move to the area.
We worked with Juliet Evans. While we weren't able to close a deal with her, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She understood what we were looking for in a very competitive rental market and was nothing but supportive through the entire process.
This broker is a legal thief. They brokered a rental apartment to me on which mortgage was delinquent since 2010. The agent under this broker lived in this apartment as a tenant and didn't show me any other apartments aside for this one. I asked thoroughly about any issues with this rental and the agent assured me that all was in good standing. The broker collected $2,300 and 3 months later I find a foreclosure notice on the door.
