Dr. Greenfield is the kind of experienced, knowledgable and caring doctor that seems to be a vanishing breed. He listens and takes appropriate steps to deal with any issues I have presented some of which have been life threatening. His knowledge and relationship with a wide range of specialists has insured that I don't wait six months or more for appointments if I need a specialist - a critical factor in todays health care environment.
Dr Greenfield has been my primary care physician since the early 1980's. I have had annual check-ups annually and upon request when necessary. He always reviews my record before appointment time. I believe he is well informed about areas of medicine beyond his specialty of internal medicine and I can rely on his advice. This expertise has greatly helped me. We like the entire staff and always find them helpful; they are particularly good at recognizing a patient right away during an appointment.
I am fortunate to have Dr. Greenfield as my primary physician since reaching Medicare age nine years ago. He welcomes, and provides detailed answers to, my many questions. He works to maintain my good health, providing advice and ordering tests, as he and I work through my concerns. I subscribe to, and greatly appreciate, the convenience of the Concierge Care Program. On two occasions, while on foreign travel, by telephone, he addressed concerns I had in a very expeditious manner.
He has always been there for us and our family members as well when they are visiting or wish to accompany us for an update on our health. All members of the staff are updated by continuing education on a regular basis. They are very well informed about issues, utilize real science to determine the nature of health and health problems and they are friendly and welcoming which is especially nice when we are not feeling very well. We are really grateful to them for their good care.
Dr. Greenfield has been my physician for over 30 years and in that time, my only concern was having to wait to be seen by him during heavy flu seasons. Dr. Greenfield is exceptionally thorough and caring. His bed side manner is the most important aspect when dealing with health crisis.
Offers concierge service.
He gas joined a concierge group and opted out of Medicare. It is expensive and service provided is the same (very good). I suspect he will be retiring soon.
Fabulous, knowledgeable, compassionate doctor. Only negative is you may have to wait so take something to read. Highly recommended.
