Wife and ai wanted to view a listing and he refused because we refused to sign a dual agency agreement (NEVER SIGN ONE ITS UNNECESSARY) he has been reported for refusing to show a property to well qualified buyers. The best in the business.
This is the second time we have used Rob to sell. Rob put up the house on Thursday and by Saturday we had so many offers we had to do best and final that Tuesday. House went under contract for way over asking. We are truly grateful for all his hard work and dedication that he put into this sale and our last sale.
