Just the typical unnecessary middle man. Hates when people are informed. Wife and ai wanted to view a listing and he refused because we refused to sign a dual agency agreement (NEVER SIGN ONE ITS UNNECESSARY) he has been reported for refusing to show a property to well qualified buyers. For your reply, this review was directly meant for you. We approached you at an open house in December and stated you would not allow us to view the property if we did not have an agent, or sign a dual representation agreement. Theres no case... read more
