A very conservative lender for the type of lending and market segment they inhabit. We got denied because the underwriter didn't accept the actual student loan payments. I explained what type of loans will accept the loan payment which are conventional loans using Fanny Mae. I got another denial from them. Went to another lender with more experience explained the exact same conditions and was approved. I've heard good things which is why I applied, just seemed it wasn't a good match for my situation.
