I recently had a loose cap on my tooth and called the office of Dr. Matiasevich for help. From the very beginning, I was impressed. The receptionist, Nick, was kind, attentive, and made sure I was accommodated quickly. The entire experience with Dr. Matiasevich and his team was excellent—professional, caring, and efficient. Call this dentist in pain a week ago, searching for a dentist it would take my Medicare or Medi-Cal. Stopped my search because I was told, and I clarified three times, that they take the Medicare. Nothing else was said to me regarding payment. I filled out their paperwork online enjoy at the thought of finally getting my painful TMJ resolved that was caused by another dentist. Final try in for dental implants and prosthesis
I had a filling fall out leaving a crack in my tooth during shelter-in-place. Dr. Matiasevich was one of the only dentists open in the area for emergency work on someone who wasn't a preexisting patient. I was able to get an appointment just a couple of days after reaching out. My appointment was efficient but thorough, and my issue was taken care of. Dr. Chai was friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled and very gentle with my treatment. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful dental team available to us.
I was very pleased with the care by Dr. Mastiasevich Jr. as well as his entire staff. They were all friendly, organized and professional. He explained all the procedures prior to treatment and took the time to answer all of my questions. I am very happy with the work he did.
