I have been a patient of Dr. Martinez for over 30 years. Prior to being referred to Dr. Martinez, I went to a chiropractor for over 20 visits. I have been a patient of Dr. Martinez for 15 years or more. He helped me through tax season each year until I retired 2 years ago. His on-going care has prevented me from having many of the ailments that now plague my older colleagues. If you have a new or unexpected issue, Dr. Martinez does not hesitate to spend the extra time needed. He has also helped me with referrals to other doctors as the need arises.

Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this chiropractor pressure you to return for unnecessary follow-ups? Not at all! They always respect my decisions. Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed. Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider treat their staff well? Very!
