We had a visiting cat pull some yarns out of a new wool rug. I sent a picture to the company on a Friday. On Sunday Robert Mann himself responded himself saying they could fix it, just bring it in. I did so Monday, and was promised 4 or 5 days. On Tuesday I was given a call, and picked up the rug. The charge was LESS than the estimate - unbelievable in these days. Amazing people! First class rug care operation. I want to personally thank Robert and Jill for training my wife Cindy in rug repair. Cindy is very confident in her rug repair skills now and she does outstanding work. Its been a few years since my wife received the training, so I'm a bit late on sending the review.
